ONLINE: Simply choose your redeemable reward as a payment method during checkout on our website, and your redeemable credit (in $25 increments) will be applied. Credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

For most activities, your rewards will be reflected in your account immediately. For orders placed on our site, those rewards will reflect once your order has shipped from our facility. However, there will be a slight delay for SMS opt-ins as points are credited after the double opt-in process is completed. Points for reviews will be credited after the review is posted through our Reviews vendor, which may take a few weeks. No! Your Reward Points and Reward Credit will never expire.

Returns will result in point decrements at the point where the return is indicated; exchanges will be 1:1 points, so if more money is spent, then you get the points for the incremental dollars and vice versa.

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Points are calculated based on the total amount spent after any discounts, promotions, taxes, and shipping fees. Points are not earned on gift card purchases. If you return or exchange items, points will be deducted based on the amount refunded or exchanged.

Reviews
You’ll receive 50 points for each submitted and posted review. There’s no time limit between your order and your review, so you’ll still earn points for later reviews. Please note, you won’t be able to submit reviews for points through the emailed form or through your rewards dashboard if the purchase was over 180 days ago. Try reviewing directly on the product page instead. You can only review a product once per order for points, unless you purchase the product again and review it. Points for reviews will be credited after your review is posted through our vendor, which may take a few weeks

SMS Signup
Earn 50 points when you sign up for SMS messages. Points are credited after you complete the double opt-in process. By signing up, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message & data rates may apply.

Product Preference
Earn 50 points by sharing your product preferences with us. Points will be added to your account immediately, and you should see them shortly thereafter.

Refer-a-Friend
Share your referral link with friends, and we’ll give you and any new customer you refer +100 points once they’ve made a purchase. The referred customer must complete their first purchase within 30 days of signing up for an account. If they place an order after 30 days, they will no longer qualify for the referral bonus.

Birthday
Earn 50 points when you provide your birth month. You can only add your birth month once per year. Points are added when you submit your birth month, and you’ll receive a special surprise via email each year during your birthday month.

General Terms
Points are generally credited immediately, but some activities (like reviews or SMS sign-ups) may take a few weeks to process. Points cannot be combined with other offers or used for gift card purchases. Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be deducted if products are returned or orders are canceled.
